Amar Patel, CPA, CFP®, Master of Tax Law

Amar was previously employed at large Los Angeles accounting firms and worked on complex tax engagements involving high-net-worth individuals, large business entities, international tax issues, and M&A tax due diligence/structuring. While working as a CPA, he earned a masters degree in tax law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and became a CFP® Professional. He started his career working at a private investment firm in Chicago, where he honed his research and analysis skills.

Amar grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and is a passionate Chicago Bulls, Bears, and Cubs fan. Amar, his wife, daughter, and mini schnauzer reside in sunny Long Beach, California. He and his wife share a love of travel and have visited 30+ countries.
